No, that is not an easy resellable account i think. I only accept some altcoins or an high rank bitcointalk account. But I think you are a scammer and can not provide a proper colleteral.

Recyclix account can be made by anyone and the bonus of 21 eur can be claimed. HF account seems like a viable collateral but might list it publicly to see if has not been engaged in any unethical business yet, so that if you default the lender can sell/use it without any problems.

He was offering staff account of a forum before, now he is offering HF account with some rep, which is probably worth as the collateral for this loan. Try reading the thread again

yeah ive read the whole thread but he said in my quoted post above makes me confused, its like he know that the collateral he is offering is really not worthy to use as collateral
