ridiculously rude behavior, you cannot get offer for that case easily.

out of ability to use the signature, i want a new ban strike policy that will fade the strike after 90~120 days of the ban and not to be traced back, like google | email me for anything urgent, message will not be instantly responded

Is it no secret, what are you intended to do with them ? Mining ? What crypto is worth it now to do so?

May I recommend litecointalk?
Was just over there looking for GPU's but the guys there are in US, and I'm in EU so to bad for me. Maybe you have better luck.
