i think that you need to say its not fully functional site, you can clone only design, you can't clone admin pages, database and etc..

Was spoke with my dev and hi said that is frontend only. Its just html + css and maybe some javascript. The php logic of site is hidden so just a copy paste of the html code, then he downloads styles and images. Also I asked about one website, Hi said that is full working and ready. I ask about checking the files to see that website is fully working. Hi dont agree with it. Also asked about escrow, ho dont agree with it. Also : Your Website Is Ready When You Are.
