I hope to get an answer soon, my opinion is one of the reasons participants did not compete to get the prize
because despite getting prize I'm not sure they can bring out the prize they certainly failed to complete the rollover

So if the participant won 10 times total of 10,000 loyalty points required   
and can be withdrawn every 1,000 points nice not bad
