units of evil? Seriously??
I'd never heard of that one before, is there a thread on here where they explain this in detail?
In any case you've been warned and I think it's fair to assume that if you accumulate evil units beyond a certain threshold, they'll have no choice but to call in the resident priest for an exorcism
Its basically:
Someone trolled hugely/spammed/broke many rules, and is permanently banned. To prevent him coming back from another account , some "units of evil" are added to the IP range. When someone registers from the "neighboring" IP they have to pay a fee to remove the "units of evil" to be able to post.
