Pretty late in saying this probably, but I got mine as well. Will be signing with the address shortly. BTW always wondered though, why is it that you can't access your main account while you can access your alt? Use 1vanityybUbbYsiJjAGiNK7vdJkNCqm2e please and send my main a PM with pubkey and TX ID. Quite dangerous if she/he's using a public computer or phone since they can be keylogged or stolen. Ha! And people call me a security paranoid

Sorry for going offtopic. But just a question, how much does it cost for 1ranochigo or 121chigo? or 1ranoloan?

BTW always wondered though, why is it that you can't access your main account while you can access your alt? Quite dangerous if she/he's using a public computer or phone since they can be keylogged or stolen. Its a legit concern, thanks for keeping an eye open. Thats why I reuse this address for small amounts, its not generated on my phone. Its a vanity address I made a while back and turned out very lucky. Bubby[1] has origins in the german word bübbi (small boy). I will add it to the OP for easy reference.
Sorry for going offtopic. But just a question, how much does it cost for 1ranochigo or 121chigo? or 1ranoloan?
"Small L" is not possible so I replaced it with "1" or "L" 1ranochigo: exact case - not in my lifetime without case - still a few years 121chigo: exact case - 0.0090 btc without case - 0.0013 btc 1ranoLoan: exact case - years 1rano1oan: exact case - years 1ranoloan: without case - 0.8323 btc (2-3 months)
-snip- BTW always wondered though, why is it that you can't access your main account while you can access your alt? -snip-
I made the account some time after I was put on DT because I wanted to limit the number of machines that I use to log into 'shorena'. I use 'sho_road_warrior' from my phone as well as work, university, public computers or from friends. This can include unprotected WiFi or bad browsers. The password is long (15 alphanumerical symbols) but not as long and complex as the one for this account (25 alphanum+special). I only log into 'shorena' from my personal laptop or desktop. Can you give me a quote for the first 20 addresses that is found from the following list (case insensitive) (a single public key would be provided) 1panthers 1camnewton 1superman 1elevenn0 1superbowl 1suprbowl 1panthers1 1panthers59 1nolosses 1lukeeeee 1lukeee59 1tochdown 1winners0 1runtable
'0' is not a valid char, so those are ignored, I can replace them with 'o' instead. Vanitygen also showed this error: Prefix '1panthers1' ignored, overlaps '1panthers' Prefix '1panthers59' ignored, overlaps '1panthers'
If I take 1panthers out and replace the 0 with o, the prefixes without exact case have a combined difficulty of 229,244,582,148 (12 prefixes) which would cost you 0.0026 BTC for the first found. I am looking for 20 addresses with the above set of prefixes. Would you be willing to compute 20 (with a single public key, so you could just leave it running) for .055 BTC? If that is too large a risk for you (due to potential variance) then I would be willing to buy computing time on your computer (to generate as many vanity addresses as possible with the above prefixes), and would be willing to pay .055 BTC for the following amount of time: ([estimated amount of time to generate one address from the above address]*1.07)*20 // In other words I would be willing to buy the amount of time it is estimated to find 20 addresses, assuming 93% luck. Either way, please provide a PGP signed address to send payment to, along with confirmation of the exact price/terms of sale (if something needs to be adjusted price wise, that is no problem).

-snip- I am looking for 20 addresses with the above set of prefixes.
Any or all of them? Because combining different prefixes only helps so much. It lowers the difficulty, but it usually only means that the "easiest" ones are found first while there is no time wasted for the most difficult only. E.g. 1panthers59 has a predicted 50% time of 1 year. Its very unlikely that it will be found. Would you be willing to compute 20 (with a single public key, so you could just leave it running) for .055BTC?
Not a straight answer yet, just noting that I just tested that and yes it will keep going until it finds a key for all prefixes given a single pubkey. There are two possible modes, -k which just keeps searching for the same prefixes until I stop it manually. This will probably result in dublicated prefixes. Which is a given anyway since you want 20 addresses, but have less prefixes. Without the -k flag it will strike a prefix of the list until it has found all. If that is too large a risk for you (due to potential variance) then I would be willing to buy computing time on your computer (to generate as many vanity addresses as possible with the above prefixes), and would be willing to pay .055BTC for the following amount of time: ([estimated amount of time to generate one address from the above address]*1.07)*20 // In other words I would be willing to buy the amount of time it is estimated to find 20 addresses, assuming 93% luck.
The thing is there is no 100% time. It could take me 100 years to find an address with the prefix '12', its just very unlikely. From a quick test on the CPU the times to reach the next "step" behave like this. % stp ttl 50% x x 75% x 2x 80% x/3 2.3x 90% x 3.3x 95% x 4.3x
There is no further prediction above 95%. I managed to get to 98%, but never higher. Would be incredible unlikely anyway. I usually calculate with 75%. Either way, please provide a PGP signed address to send payment to, along with confirmation of the exact price/terms of sale (if something needs to be adjusted price wise, that is no problem).
Will do lets iron out the details first. What I can offer is 20 address with any of the below 12 prefixes (with a combined difficulty of 229,244,582,148) with out exact case for a total of 0.0998 BTC. 1camnewton 1superman 1elevenno # not 'zero' 1superbowl 1suprbowl 1panthers1 1panthers59 1nolosses 1lukeeeee 1lukeee59 1tochdown 1winnerso # not 'zero' 1runtable
Since that is almost twice your price I can offer you the same deal but with '1panthers' instead of '1panthers1' and '1panthers59', so 11 prefixes with a combined difficulty of 145,206,698,550 for 0.0312 btc.

1Venessian with exact case - cant do it 1Venessian without exact case - could do it, but prefer not to. Price would be 5.9645 BTC and it would take a year or two, more likely two. 1Venes with exact case - 0.00031 BTC 1Venes without exact case - "donation"

Slick service! I especially like the random entropy dots that fill the screen . Mind if I ask what kind of hardware you've got executing the vanity addresses, or is it a trade secret? I have generated a number of my own addresses on my rMBP with GeForce 750M. For my needs it does the job well enough... I try to not make them too complicated. I wonder how one of those $10,000 Mac Pros would fare... hmmm... 12 cores and dual AMD D700s...

I wish I could run vanitygen on a titan[1] or something similar. 18,688 nodes with the equivalent of a 700er series GTX Titan. If we go purely by GFLOPS it should do ~860 billion keys per second, which is actually less than I expected. Well, electricity consumption of 3-4 wind turbines included.
