Electrum? You input your privkey and can sign the address. AFAIK core also has this functionality (I hope). Off the top of my head, Electrum Mycelium Core Blockchain.info |

AFAIK core also has this functionality (I hope).
I can confirm this, I've used it to use a vanity address as stake here. Blockchain.info can also sign a message with any imported private key. |

There are some other factors that are a little more complex, e.g. 111111 has a 50% chance after 7.4 hours 1abcde has a 50% chance after 10 minutes and 1Tdefghij is 23 times more difficult than 1Qdefghij (also see #2) 1Fruits (exact case) would be 0.0002 btc. |
