I think anonymous22 is using idiomatic expression however if you are serious about this stuff you should offer as little as $100 and deposit it with the escrow because those that knows that secrets are now paupers or beggars.

If you are only looking to buy a piece of Itunes card with that kind of price is nearly impossible to do
Even if you search in the darkest of the web
But if you are buying in bulks, let's say 200 in one transactions
You may be able to find one with that price
