However, it matters not one jot what your views are on copyright.
...
What matters is that your view on copyright doesn't determine the law.
Oh I see... people's
views don't matter, only
laws matter?
Wow, I better stop downloading pirated movies then.
Thanks for the tip.
Only
laws matter when you get hauled up in front of a judge. Try telling him that "in your view copyright is invalid, because intellectual property is an illusion" and see what happens.
You are free to do what you want, as is everyone on this planet, but choices have consequences.
To be honest, I care very little about whether you are breaking the law or not; I have plenty of contempt for laws. My problem here is that you aren't rewarding the pretty girls whose images you are selling. You have done nothing other than put images that you've downloaded up on the Internet and charged a fee for accessing them. You aren't in the photos, you didn't take the photos, you didn't try and contact the people who are in them, you didn't try to contact the photographers. Google images and a shopping cart interface could duplicate this business.
If your response is "yeah, so what? I don't care about the naked chicks", then that's fine. People can then judge for themselves whether to hand over their Bitcoins to you with that information in mind.
