Like the others have said, I have to ask, if you are selling a method to make $500, why are you asking for a loan for under $20.00. This is not adding up much. Also, how have you paid off a past loan when this account was started only 4 days ago? I will entertain the loan idea after I get these answers, but even with the answers, this is not looking good for you.

Not using method because
#1: Requires verified PP which I don't have anymore due to limitation.
#2: I'm on an iPad most of the time so I can't do it.
I've paid back a loan & you can look up the guy in my "Sent" trust.
