He gave negative trust, but he did not scam you so why did you make a scam accusation?
I think this belong in Meta section. He is free to leave any. Feedback he want, also he is not from DT, so it has not really any impact on your trust rating.

I think luptin is right he provided proof that he and that scammer are the same user.
Mayby you bought this account from him without researching, but that might be your own fault.

I am active and you are loosing my time because you are not informed well, or you don't want to read / hear.
Everything is explained (and you know it) and you still give negative feedback, i don't see any point of that.
I explained why i gave you negative feedback and will remove it when you remove the feedback from me, i think that i am clear on this.

This user was initially suspected to be an alt of the scammer GotaPauj (solid proof provided.) 
After this was disproofed (atleast not 100% solid), he started harassing me via pm, left a retaliation feedback and opened a scam accusation agains me. 
I can't approve of such a behaviour, hence my feedback stays.

I know that he is not in DT but people need to take lessons for these cases giving false / invalid feedback.
Because there is no proof that's why i left him negative feedback too.
I will remove now the feedback maybe one day he will understand that he was wrong.
