You can stop the current wallet from auto-minting more by either: - increasing the preferred denomination setting (in the options) to the highest value of 5000. (only if you have less than 50k available to mint) - or disable it via a single line in pivx.conf as outlined in the release notes on github. https://github.com/PIVX-Project/PIVX/releases/As for converting zPIV back to PIV, it is not advisable to do it right now whatsoever. Just be assured that the issue has been resolved and will be available in the next release. As of currently, the fixed 3.0.2 wallet's source code is already available for self-compilers on github. But I advise everyone to hang tight while it goes through testing and compiled by the developers. Current changelog since 3.0.0 are: - Fix bug where pressing `Esc` in the Privacy tab deleted all the GUI elements - Fixed crash when restarted wallet with the rescan tx button - Make automint count pending zpiv balance too, instead of only the confirmed zpiv balance - Fixed mempool rejection of zPiv spends - Add more functionality to the reset zerocoin buttons so that any coins with previous issues will be restored. - Add automated wallet backups each time a zPiv is minted. - Make wallet BIP38 encryption tool fully compatible with online paper wallet tools. - Additional checks for double spending of zPiv serials. - zPiv control quantity/amount counter fix

Does holding pivz reduce my staking weight? Should I convert back to PIV for staking? Thanks in advance!

So a bit of an issue came up.
I have one wallet on Linux and another one on Windows with the same address.
Linux turned 10% of my PIVx into zPIV, Windows wallet turned 30% of my PIVx into zPIV.
I upgrade both wallets, and now they both show different amounts of zPIV but neither one of them totals to my original amount, but when I add both zPIV balances together I have the 40% from both wallet that was converted.
Will I be able to spend the zPIV from each wallet and joined both balances back under the same account or will I lose one of the zPIV balances?
Food for thought: The zero coin protocol is working from what I can see, I have one address with 2 wallets on different machines and only the balance that was turned into zPIV in each machine can be seen by it proprietary wallet. Both wallets having the same address doesn't even affect the outcome of anonymity of each zPIV balance.
edit: Not even going into coin control can I see what the other wallet has in zPIV.

is there any way to turn those zpiv into pivx, does zpiv also get reward from staking
Hi, great project you have--very well done! I have updated 3.0.0 to 3.0.2 and I still see 10% of my PIVX balance as zPiv. This was on the auto-mint feature apparently on the 3.0.0 release. Question: Is there a way to turn back by zPiv to PIVX? I would really like to know this point. Apologies if this hasn`t been already addressed somewhere else and I haven't found the answer yet. Additionally, I am excited to try the Raspberry Pi wallet as I already have another RPI3b staking SLR for over a year, and I think the combination of the two Pi`s in one master staking unit would be amazing. It is a new project that I will work on now. Many thanks, lfloorwalker

But just the reconsider step by itself should sort it out. Whew!

A few thousand zPiv are missing even after installing 3.0.2 and did reset and rescan. I downloaded the blockchain from scratch and it did not make any improvement. But now I found this tweet. https://twitter.com/jakimanboy/status/921253349940326400"Until the newer $PIVX wallet is released, please avoid making any PIV or zPIV transfers. Both 3.0.0 & 3.0.2 are now old. Hang tight. #pivx" So all we can do now is to wait again

Aww man, sorry to hear/see that Can you tell me a bit more about the state of your transaction list? How many zPiv Accumulator TXs are there? And if you run exportzerocoins true do you get a whole list of TXs (don't share the output here) ?? In my case, I found the earlier zPiv Acc TXs worked, and the later ones didn't, they got archived instead. The other thing to check is if you're on a chain fork. The current block height is 868172 - what does yours say?

Ok thanks I've looked up these TX IDs in the block explorer and they look pretty normal. So do you have some zPiv balance? My wallet decided to zPiv 35.74% of my balance, most worked, some didn't .. Did your wallet crash during the conversion, or did it complete 100% but left you with less than before?

Don't share this!!! Sorry I did mention not to share the output, maybe a DM is better.. Those are your confirmed Zero Coin TXs, it's useful to be able to compare them but they also need to be private.
not sure what to compare but i can't find the transactions from the missing coins in exportzerocoins true output ...
