Hey, s3v3nh4cks, we have 6 votes in this thread for decreasing supply. Could you make 2-3 proposals to vote on blockchain to see does this idea have real support of community? One option is here: I also support this decreasing PoW phase, say 25 DNET decrease every month.
Now within a day PoW reward will be decreased to 175. We should continue this trend for the next 5 months.
I guess if we make a proposal, it will be put up for voting for the next one month. And if it gets approved, we should be able to implement it by the 86,400 block right?
My suggestion is supply halving every month of POW phase. An i have idea for next update! Can you make blockchain voting with several options? Not only "yes" and "no". |

I don't really see a need to reduce the supply or duration of the PoW stage. No one was complaining about the reward schedule before the price pumped to 1000 satoshis. I wonder how many of the people complaining "Too many coins!" are the same ones who bought in at 1000 satoshis last week. A handful of people investing at the wrong time is not a good reason to reduce the coin supply. Personally, I'll be voting 'no' on any proposal to reduce the supply of PoW coins.
Anyway, that's not the reason I stopped by the thread. I came by to ask why the masternode reward all of a sudden jumped up to 83.33333333 DNET. Not that I am complaining about the extra coins.

When was the coin launched? On November 25, 2015 or on 31. Jan 2016 like it stand on the official twitter channel? btw. it would be good, if you would promote this coin more in the official channel, with a on going development, so everyone would see this coin. PoW Phase: [0000002-0259200] Approx. 180 DAYS
Am I missing something or there will be >50 million coins mined in the next 5 months? Can anyone make proposal in blockchain? +1 vote! +1 A reducing of total coins would be nice. Because there wont be so much mining dumper. |

As a few of you have noticed, we have encountered a small glitch. We are working to see what has caused this and will release a new wallet as soon as we have fixed the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we will get this straightened out ASAP.
As for the coin supply comments, Anyone can submit a proposal, but only the Masternode owners are able to vote.

This would be a good max. amount. Like Bitcoin. Because adding 50 million coins in the next 5 month to a 10 million amount now will depress this coin. |

This would be a good max. amount. Like Bitcoin. Because adding 50 million coins in the next 5 month to a 10 million amount now will depress this coin. I would support a proposal for supply decrease, continued distribution along with high inflation for no clear cut purpose does not really benefit a coin.... Gaining popularity through proper distribution worked on alts once upon a time, not anymore. |

We initially created the distribution amounts to make sure there were enough coins distributed before PoS kicked in, which will significantly drop the coin distribution as well. We want this coin to be useable (We have a few things planned for this as well) by the community, and not just a hodl coin that dies out. we encourage anyone to Create a proposal to reduce the coin distribution amounts, and if it gets enough votes from the owners of the Masternodes we will implement the change.
When creating your proposal, please make a post here explaining why you feel the change should occur and how you feel it will legitimately benefit the coin for everyone, not just a few who may hold a decent amount of coin and want a spike etc to sell. We are here to create an private and anonymous coin with it's own eco-system and this wont happen over night. We want to hear your thoughts, we want to see the arguments so we can see both sides. We may have built this coin initially, but it is not solely owned by us, it is owned by those who choose to own Masternodes and who choose to vote to make this coin better.

We could make so, for example people can apply 1 month from now on for the airdrop. The condition would be, how they could support the coin. The best 600 applys will get then 10.000 coins = 6 million coins airdrop (10% of the total amount) So we would have 600 more supporters.  |

I'd look for a better way to reward real participation. Faucets/airdrops are not the answer. |
