If you check out "Bitcoin T-Shirts" on facebook, you will see the T-shirts, alternatively I could privately email you the images. I'm on a mac and can't work out how to post the images on this thread,

It's not a terribly good idea to ask people to "send money to address X," because how will you know who has really paid you and who has not?  A better approach is to hand out a unique receiving address to each person that wants to buy a shirt; when payment has been made to that address, you know that that specific order has been paid for.

Edit: for anyone else looking, apparently the various designs are shown on the "Wall" link.
