Well your btc is already gone if you deposited to cryptsy but no worries, trading shitcoins will net you a 100% loss anyway.

I don't think it's something that can easily be taught or explained, it's all about recognizing patterns and exploiting them when you recognize them repeating themselves.

I am a very short term day trader. I have found that holding coins over night or for days is usually a recipe for loss. I only buy when I think I'll be able to sell for a profit during the same trading session, I rarely leave positions unattended.

Start with a small amount. Small amounts are easier as the bigger you get the more your orders will push the market and you will experience more price slippage trying to get more stake in on a trade.

IMO .01 BTC would be a good start or less even. Don't worry when you loose 90% of it before you get the hang of it, but don't invest more untill you have made your original investment back and then at least doubled it. Then you will know that you somewhat know what your doing and you may have a decent chance of actually making a profit with more invested.

Edit: BTW I made over 14,000% profit last trading season (winter) on Cryptsy. Thousands of trades.

I haven't been to cryptsy in awhile but last I heard the withdrawable cryptos carried a slight premium.  You're already at a loss when you arrive at the solvent exchanges.

There are lots of thread about predictions in the forum so you can just subscribe to them. There are spikes that will happen really quick for like seconds only so you might just have to simply check charts every now and then.

Losses are a natural part of trading.  The thing is keeping them small enough for you to have enough capital left for the next trade.
