All I see is some Russian website with bunch of domains purchased last month, and no explanation how this ''bank'' exactly works, except some vague claims that coins are controlled with Monero seed.
FAQ page is poorly written and there is no email support, only Jabber and Telegram accounts that also gives me a red flag feeling.
I would be very careful and avoid using this bank exchange for now.

I have the feeling that in a way or another they'll try to track and monetize access or transaction info and maybe also the old transactions and, why not, maybe claim fork coins too. Actually sky is the limit if one posts his wallet.dat to an unknown entity.

With Monero having implemented atomic swap vs bitcoin, I am not sure why a third party "bank" would be necessary.
