 The lottery works like on this thread but the new lottery has a new rule that you should be at least at level 4stars and yeah I'm right that you won 0.1 last year.

How many bitcoins is needed to be wagered before a user can reach 4 stars or level 20 ? I can't seem to find the requirement when I click the levels on the right side it only shows the faucet information.

nope, i just checked and it doesn't work for me either. used 2 different browsers and it has the same issue with the DNS.
even changed my DNS servers to different servers such as Google DNS servers but it still doesn't work. i think it only affects certain IP ranges. bitcointalk recently had a similar problem too, that theymos asked for tracerouts. this maybe the same issue.

It works for me as well. I did withdraw my ETH as well just one hour ago and all went very smooth. As you said may be only some people or countries might have affected and only Baryom can tell the correct reason for this issue. Just give him few more hours when he comes online will fix this issue.

Hey Baryom I am confirming that Bitsler is up and running on my regular IP address as of right now. But for what the exact time is I don't know because I just opened it right now. Currently bitsler has no problem and there are nearly 1700 players online. I think problem should be fixed for now. Also there has passed 5 hour from your post and please check bitsler again. If there are still problems, write here as usual or send pm to Baryom.
Seems some people had problems also because number of players is growing and growing as I check in time of writing this post.

Recently, Bitsler had some DNS issue that has been fixed already. Tho a complete DNS propagation across the globe may take upto 24-48 hrs depending on your location and dns.
