Glad to inform that my withdrawal was also processed few hours ago. Will be looking out for more updates from you guys and what will be the next step for Bitsler. So it's smart to go offline for a few weeks or months and getting everything fixed up.
This message actually made me laugh. It's like a two-faced coin where you are "trying" to show your concern about what's happening with them and on the other side of your comment, you're trying to tell them to go offline for a "few weeks or months" (because of that would be great for their competitors? Just joking  ). Either way, don't get the wrong idea here and I'm not flaming you. I just find it hilarious. |

I am sure they are currently in the process of returning funds to users with special conditions as you experience. My suggestion is to send a support ticket and if you have already done so, I am sorry, you have to be patient, they will resolve it all soon! |

If you guys for some reason decide not to continue on with the site and you decide to sell it please be transparent about that. Because the new owner might not be as honest as Bitsler was and many people might run into issues with the new management of Bitsler.
Either way , good luck.
If they are in real trouble, I think better solution would be to use their domain wise and share a % of profits with game providers. Bitsler domain has really good traffic so it would be waste not to use it. |

Because if the campaign will continue then it means that Bitsler will be back in a few weeks but if the campaign is ending then it means that it will most likely be shutdown, at least for the long term.

Actually you can check it on the signature campaign thread, there is no official announcement about it from the campaign manager and as I can see all of us are still promoting Bitsler although Bitsler is not operating at the moment. Lets just wait for Bitsler to do what they are working at the moment (refunding), then wait for the announcement of what they are going to do next. I know it is hard time for all Bitsler's staff and team but I believe they will do their best as they are professional team. |

Many people were mentioning that the website going to shut down and new management is going to take over so, this official statement was pretty much needed in this predicament. It is good to hear that almost all withdrawals have been paid out. We are waiting to hear what's next.. Maybe they will shut down, no one knows what will happen because with this action they open gates their players to search for other casinos, this possibly means it will take some time to return all customer. Bitsler is a very popular website, hope they won't end up like rollin.io I think they'll return once every technical problem is solved and there is a harmony between bitsler team members. |

And this will clear up the doubt that been saying you are going to sell the site or anything contradiction with what you guys doing this time. We had attacks at BetKing recently where the site was offline for hours at a time.
Cloudflare on it's own is useless for DDOS attacks as I'm sure you know.
I ended up writing some code that helps a lot and had no issues since if you want to discuss.
Assuming that it's not something more than DDOS.
Good to see you players can still withdraw.
I would advise to stay away from Dean Nolan. His Betking website is as good as his own reputation: zero If he wants to give something "for free" be careful because he usually has a bigger meaning behind it. He claims to have written code, what a fool. Look the way the Betking ICO was run. He pocketed millions while investors were never able to recoup their investment, they never had any chance. Is it worth trusting him? Of course not. |
