Two years ago, I was a big player in one of the top dice website. One day I had an issue and I was treated like shit. I had to send many emails to get an answer, it took long, I got no apologies and nothing. I was really upset. I couldn't understand how a top website like that would have awful services to its players.So I talked to Steven, our main developer, about creating a dice website. Our first priority would be that "THE CUSTOMERS MATTER!" And on that day Bitsler.com was born! Steven and his team have done a great job improving Bitsler since the beginning.
