The new dice design is awesome but still I like the dark mode to be switched on all the time as it is more friendly to my eyes
The last results (5 rolls) is also catchy, but I wonder about the "tutorial" button as I dont see anything when I clicked it. Is it still on progress?
The new design also looks good at mobile browser, landscape mode is more recommended IMO. Although the mobile version is not as good as the PC version but I have to admit that you works very well on this. Keep it up!

About the repports we get regarding the mobile version after the update, we noticed that some of you have issues with it and our devs are working on few changes.

Few minors repported bugs will also be fixed during the week.

I do not know if it is just me or your guys see too but it seems that it is slightly same as primedice but of course with better design. May be it is not a big deal or may be it is too much for me to browse every site but it seems that is what I see for the first time after the new patch

Anyway, I still like the old one because I already too comfort with it and I do not like about the chat tab which is block the dice roll result, it seems like I can't predict my hunch well

Hello , today I would like to share you my experience with Bitsler Dice casino and to make you understand why I think admins are scammers and not being fair with their clients.
Shortly this is my story:
 I am playing with cryptocurrency for sometime , know about risks, rules and terms of service, how provably fair system works and had a very good statistics of winning in dice games.  I am always ready that I can loose my balance to zero when my counting  is not correct, but situation described lower is the fact of scam and not being able to be fair.  I have deposited amount ~ 787 000 doge coin, with the current price is equal to 7800$ ,  i have played x107, increase on loss 5%, with base bet 1, after loss streak about 210  system automaticaly stoped placing bets becouse it was set on popup window that max win can be not more than 2 500 000 doge, i had 320k+ doge on my balance i had a very big chance to hit the win roll, but because of auto stop i have lost 486k doge
 I have chatted to admins, and received an answer that the maximum win with doge could be not more 2 500 000 doge, and thats why it stopped. Sound fair , but in TOS ( rules) there were written that max BET in dice can be 5 000 000 doge and nothing about max WIN (my last bet was 23 000 doge), so I have contacted admins , I will attach the history with admins, where only of them admit that they were not correct, but in final I have never received my balance back, I received an offer from main admin Baryom , that he will let me finish my streak , with the max bet 5 000 000 doge , but I will need to upload balance again. after our discussion, I realized that there will be no way that I will be able to win, and they will just scam me for the balance for second time, hope this will help some people understand why I don’t recommend using Bitsler and to understand how their admins behave. These guys come up with rules on the go, so be prepared for such situations. Best of luck.

I managed this case personally. You played a martingale and you busted it. Indeed, like in all other casinos, we have a max bet/win. The expected win of your last bet was higher than our max win (2,500,000 DOGE) That's why you couldn't make higher bets. But on our side, the FAQ wasn't updated (5,000,000 DOGE written at this time)

So, I thought about the fairest solution for both sides and you refused it. The solution was : Letting you make your next bets until you reach the 5,000,000 DOGE  max win limit. It is the fairest solution because it can let you play like you could have played in the beginning. At the moment,  I have proposed you this solution, you didn't make any new bets so all the next bets will be provably fair with the same seed.

Good job team, I think the new design gives new comfort. and I have only see an innovations added. such as themes that have many colors and an information for"last bet". the rest are all the same.
an advice (my opinion), the new design can not match with the chat box, it just looks strange, maybe because the frame is very different

bitslerrealty? Never heard about this email before, I think it is just a fake.
If it is a real win, there should be a big announcement on this thread as well as on bitsler's official forum. I also never heard about this monthly lottery, afaik there is only daily lottery at bitsler forum. Lets wait for Baryom to confirm, but I doubt the email you have just received is an official email from Bitsler.

News letter is a good idea for informing people on upcoming promotions but also at the same time you have forum for that. But I think since people get lied very often because of these spam emails, it will be better to make popup on bitsler. Regular players will always see when they login, so their will be less mistakes from their side about email becuse they will know bitsler never send them email. But still, I like your idea, will be glad if you consider my suggestion too.

So shocked today, I just tried to login for the first time since my last login yesterday but now I got a notification that my account is blocked for 13 hours and 44 minutes because of too many failed login attempts.
How could it be possible while it is my first attempt since yesterday? Is there someone tried to access my account?
Hope my account will be un-blocked soon even though I dont mind to wait for almost 14 hours.

I think that account locking feature after a certain amount of failed login attempts is a good feature to protect account being hacked by using some password generating software.

It looks like someone might have tried to hack your account. Only admin can check and confirm because they can track the IP address used to login your account. I believe you might have already enabled 2fa function then no need to worry but need to wait for few hours to access your account.

I had same problem a few months ago,had to wait it out
correct me if I'm wrong but it is triggered after 2-3 incorrect passwords entered
it is to prevent anyone bruteforcing your account,but its a double edged sword
if some guy knows your login,he could try and login and block your access to the site

The feature to avoid bruteforce is good but since our username for login and our nickname(the name that will be shown on all bets and chat) are same, such feature can be so annoying. Real case example : when someone hates us, he can block us to access the site by login using our username for couple of times and he repeats it again and again. I wish more secure method will be found so such case won't happen.

But it does not really a big deal right? Since everyone already got they 2fa to protect your account so this wont really have any affect on any of your account. I have the same problem too but not with casino site but on some exchange, everyday my email have been spammed by this and it just not 40 or 50 but almost hundreds everyday but I never bothet it until one day the hacker bored enough to stop his doing
