then why you're even here, i'm wonder

actually there is plenty of reason to have some, the first is saving money on your purchase, via other service, like purse.io for example, the latter is saving on fee in comparison with paypal

for example when i want to buy a game on g2a, i always choose bitcoin, because there is no additional fee,the miners fee which is 1k satoshi for me, i certainly don't use the default one...

I don't usually buy bitcoins but I bought some at the recent fall of bitcoin price this month of December (specifically I bought some @ around 420). So far I guess that was a good decision and I will definitely make profit if I sell right now (currently @ around 430).  I won't be selling it though for now coz I believe 2016 will be a good year for bitcoin.

for long term holding everyday is good day to buying bitcoin Smiley
Im sure in 2016 we would see bitcoin can reach $600 above

I strongly agree with you. Every day is a good day to buy bitcoin to save it for long-term. Because definitely you will be in profit in long-term holding of bitcoins.
I predict bitcoin prices will test $5k to $10k in 2016 with my analysis.

If you buy at frequent intervals, you tend to average out the price of acquisition.
This is more advantageous than going all-in at a particular price.

Yes, many people are suggesting to buy on daily basis. But it is not possible for me to buy bitcoin regularly. May be for a regular bitcoin trader it would be possible to buy bitcoin on daily basis. If you buy bitcoin daily then the chances of getting very low prices are relatively better than any other buyers.

I bought today another $100 worth of Bitcoin because I got a new year bonus on top of my normal salary. The bonus was $100, so I have bought Bitcoin with it.

Currently the price is a little high for me. I think the price will come down the next following weeks.
Then I will be happy to buy some more bitcoins.

I don't think that price will come down in the coming months it will keep on increasing and I would suggest that if you want to hold bitcoins for future then still this is the best time to buy bitcoins and it might fall down in the coming months but the fluctuation rate would not be that higher so buy it right now and you will enjoy profits in future.

When I see a rise in it immediately, and I see potential for it to go up more. That's the perfect time to buy, and sell right when it is about to drop.

So you only move according to wave. That's kinda dangerous. I don't think bandwagon effect is a good trading advice.
I usually do the exact opposite. If people buy I sell and if people sell I buy. I made more money with this strategy.

A rise can be misleading. There are always some small bubbles that could happen and then there could be a really hard crash. You will eventually lose money if you continue trying to get money this way.

You may not necessarily understand the trend completely without a lot more research, as well.

I can assure that you will not be able to buy bitcoin with about 80-90 percent probability. This percentage is not scientifically proved and nor based in some statistical data. It is based in my personal "analyze" of the price of bitcoin for at least the last three years and at my personal conviction about the going of this price. The previous told naturally that is nothing and have any kind of value for everyone being only a personal conviction comes from personal thoughts and analyses. But told this, according to me, the price of bitcoin will not achieve never the price wanted by the above poster. I'm giving only a thought. Even in the most its difficult days and with negative trust versus it (except after the crash of MtGox), bitcoin was above that price. In the actual situation have any chance that that situation repeated again. So have no meaning to wait to be verified a worst price for bitcoin in this situation when was not arrived at the lowest point of trust versus it.

Well said, That's true because most of the people don't do research about Bitcoin and jump into it and buy it like crazy and then becomes extremely happy when they see the prices going up and if there is a little dip or downfall they gets panic and ends up selling up all the BTC at very low cost and then regret it later when Bitcoin regains its higher value in couple of weeks.

The best time to buy bitcoins is when the price is low (duh..!!) Since the price is actually a little high i am patient for it to come in a decline.
When that moment comes (under the 400 dollar) I will make sure to buy 50% of my spare money on kraken and coinbase.

Just in case it goes up again.

the best time to buy bitcoin and I totally recommend it when the technical trading indicator on a daily candlestick chart show that it is in an oversold region and you must keep averaging your position as it falls down before the announcement to the halving news.

So yes, buy when the price is low.

How do you define the term LOW in terms of the BTC price?

I usually buy bitcoins when it's below 10-20% of the market value as that's what I've learnt as a trader and it usually earns me a good profit. When BTC falls below 20%, it usually stops at that price and then rises which is a trend I usually follow.

Just wondering when everyone buys bitcoin, weekly, monthly or just on the falls?  thinking of setting up something regular to ride out the waves.....  Grin
honestly, I am not a person who likes to buy bitcoin, despite bitcoin prices continue to fall, for the moment I am just focused to collect and sell, maybe if I already have good references about bitcoin price,i will buy it.
need good calculation to buy and sell bitcoin, as traders they always calculation it
if you no calculations, maybe you'll be sorry when to buy bitcoin
