Lol, i don't think you will get this. Someone actually defaulted on a loan of .10 cents before. So I would be surprised if you received it without collateral.

None of what you said makes much sense, and any live, breathing person capable of looking in his/her seat cushions should be able to scrounge 15 cents.  Plus your trust rating doesn't inspire confidence.
