I am mining on a 7850oc, but I have an old 4650 I would like to use for my monitor(s). Currently the 7850 is in gpu 0 and 4650 is gpu 1, both cards show up (I know monitor must be connected). My question is how can I mine on on the 7850 only and use the 4650 for display. Hope this makes sense.

Thanks redliner

dont think you can with windows. with linux or ubuntu I think its possible by setting a different driver for each card. The 7xxx series needs SDK 2.9 and the 4xxx needs 2.4-2.5 I think I read somwhere.

Hey, DL Guiminer (which can use cgminer)  this will allow you to select which miner to use on which device.

Dont think I read thru your question right...sorry. Yea...guiminer does have a drop down..also you can use the [G]PU Management function in cgminer to disable a worker.
