Same goes for the youtube videos, some videos seem to always keep getting views for life. I would say that is real passive income, since it takes 0 maintenance.

Very good example, there are many niche videos with accumulated 20-50 million views (i.e. songs/cartoons for infants and babies). But to maximise your revenue from your vids, you need at least, once in a while, make sure no one is stealing your work and uploading as their own. So I wouldn't say it's zero maintenance, if you want to do it right.

actually it is not easy to get passive income at online work .
in case of bitcoin we can't sure how much we can make . but we will remain in average of monthly earning .
well my best passive income is only from the signature campaign and trading at exchange sites .

You cannot consider passive income from trading operations and signature campaign because if you stop writing and trading, the money will stop flowing into your direction.

I think we can invent a new type of business. Create a website in order to let new companies start an IPO and sell shares in Bitcoin and give dividends every 90 days for an example. This will be a real passive income. Also, you will have the option to sell the shares on the market.

You just need to work harder then start a business. That is all I can think of a passive income a business which is really moving and making profits monthly or quarterly with clients help. There will be much work at first but on the long run it will be calm and income will come without even lifting a finger.  

You may also suffer loss in business and that is no guarantee that your business will survive in a long term and it cannot be treated as an passive income as you need to constantly keep on working harder to earn money from it and basically its an primary income for you as you are dependent only on it for living.

I think any business that you do and you run will always meet with risks. business can be a passive income for you, if you have the confidence poeple to take care of your own business and you just sit back as the boss and enjoy the results and earning but beware it will be prone to corruption that occurred under you

definitely,giving control of your business over another person especially if they weren't from your family is really dangerous,the corruption is just usual thing if you do that,but the worst if the person you've given control over your business just running away taking all of your money into somewhere else that hardly to be detected then you will only end up losing

If the boss is active, intelligent and skillful then no one can do corruption under him it depends on the boss so it is not a risk to start any business to have a passive income for your future and whie selection the boss have to take care to select faithful people so then he will enjoy his passive income.

investment in real estate is a very good choice. But it is an investment for the long term. I believe that this is one of the best views of the production of passive income. But there is a big minus - initially need to invest a large sum of money

According to me passive income needs more efforts than that of for active income but it pays more and in very attractive way (without doing anything at that moment). Automation has always impressed me and when it comes to income, I have tried to apply it on my website (via adsense ads) and even on my youtube channel. Although I was not active since long time, I am getting some earnings in adsense account (and the reason is my previous efforts).

That is certainly true. Since passive income is more of like automated money going towards your bank or Bitcoin account, you can just rest assured that you will earn money while just sitting back and relax (most of the times). With cryptocurrencies, you can make income completely automated with the use of many methods like masternodes, coin staking, smart contracts (like Ethereum doublers), and many more. Just my opinion.

By the way, now that you mentioned Adsense, I've became interested into making money with it, and use that towards building my passive income. No matter what the earnings would be with it, at least it would help in conjunction with my other forms of income.

I admire and inspired by those people who are able to get some passive income with their own business such as real estate property or rental services. And that is already sufficient to make your life a living. So far, I don't my passive income and I can't say my salary is a passive income because that is different from profit.

Well salary be definition is not passive income because salary is directly related to work. Over time, if you were to save up enough money to invest in an asset that pays you just for holding it, that would be passive income because the income is not tied to performing any work. For example, a rental property or an equity investment that pays dividends.

Indeed mate.. work/job is not considered a passive income because it's not stable and it will be depends on your performance.. because you might not be able to work in a company forever. Owning an apartment or boarding house are some samples of getting a passive income. it do not requires any performance/skills to get your monthly income. You are looking for trying adsense, that’s great, I would say try to go with video content because as of now I am getting more response to my video (7 videos on youtube) content (and revenue too) as compared to my text content (30+ articles on my blog). Yes, I completely understand that you might get different results but still I am giving my two cents. Good luck

Before I learned about passive income, I was happy just to put my savings in a bank. Passive-income sources should be thought of as an investment. Like any kind of asset, it can be analyzed to determine whether your time-input is sufficient for your income-output. For example, if it takes you X hours a week to post on forums and you make $X.XX... maybe it would be more cost-efficient for you to learn a trade-skill, or take on some over-time, or make YouTube videos to promote your personal website or hobby. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Whatever it is you do, whether you manage an online-store or you post on BitcoinTalk forums on your weekends, share your knowledge with us so we can all support each other.

Investments involve risk, always. Take real estate, stocks etc as example, everything that generates growth.
AUTOMATION - the downside, you do a lot work in advance dont know if it works out and in most cases the system only works for a limited amount of time.

You are right. Making a passive income will take a lot time at first. LIke you said about running an online store. For starters you will need a lot of contacts that will buy your product but when it is all done it will be an easy task and you can get some workers to do it for you when the income that is coming is good.
That is when you will take the next step to maybe investing to grow the passive income.

I would love to go back into blogging and incorporate passive income programs to at least pay off the expenses into the content.  The blog site does need a renovation since I have not been active the past year, but this is good information to apply to it when it is relaunced.  This is really good two cents.

Yes, this forum is a good option to earn some passive money in your free time. Since you mentioned that you could provide some services, then you can also consider exploring Fiverr. There you will get a lot of real buyers but only think is a lot of competition so you need to be unique service provider then can make some good money. Last year I sold my youtube ranking guide and made over 1000$ from one gig but now no time to upgrade my guide so stop it.
