You do if you provide a valid proof(signed message from a staked address), so shut up and stop misleading others

just to make sure I keep my account safe in case something happens - what does it mean when you say "staked address" and how do you have a signed message. Sorry for this noob question just not understanding what exactly that means

Staking an address means that a user posts an address in a thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0.

Other users will quote it for you and you would have the proof that the address was associated with the account and you can sign a message using your Bitcoin address to prove ownership. The hacker with control of your account will not be able to completely delete the address.

When was the last time you had access to your account?

I think the hard part is going to be to show account was not sold or something.  With someone currently using it we have 2 people claiming control I'm guessing.

It will be interesting to see what moderators do.  I think a simple locked out would be much easier then mod playing judge and jury to decide who owns an account.

It isn't hard if the current owner has proofs that the account belongs to him.

This is the Person who was holding this account his name is AAKASH SANGWAN, as he was my friend i have not asked any signed message as this is first time i am buying account, i have never thought that being my friend he will cheat me, i have clearly told him that i will pay back within 1 month because i have to build the account to full member as when i purchased it , it was newbie now i have worked hard and set the account in full member and now he is accusing this account as hacked account that too creating a dummy account and accusing it, if he is bold enough he should have reported this account as hacked from his original account.

i am being new to this buying i dont know about this process and being my friend, i have not asked him and he also did not told anything about it, he accepted that i can pay him within 1 month. if he is genuine he would have asked by his original account of aakash sangwan about this account being hacked instead he created dummy account and now accusing about it. i swear what i said is correct the problem is i dont have proof of anything because i was having chat with him in facebook and indiabet and now he has deleted all messges what we had chatted.

He deleted the messages, not you. The messages held by the other recipients (that is you)  remains unchanged even if he alters/removes them. So him deleting the message can no way delete the copy held by you in the conversation. So you still have some proof.

And both made one post on September 16 th.  Stopped again.

Made another post on Oct 1st from both account (only one post as usual).

and then both became active from november 9th.

This proves that Equator and Pk880058 are the same person.


And please aakashsangwan, don't deny that all those account belongs to you.

I agree that all the things said in the topic by equator are correct but he didn't pay me a penny and i was messaging him on facebook for about a week, but didn't got any reply.
I sold him the account because i was in urgent need of money at that time, but now everything is wasted.
I also said him that i will scam accouse him on the forum if he do not replies to my messages, but in vein.

Then at last, i thought that i am scammed again on the forum, then i thought that i should take back the account by creating new dummy account and by this my own account(this account) will not get involved in this accousation and will get back my equator account.

But after creating this thread about hacked account, he messaged me on facebook and said sorry for not replying.
And said that there was a problem in his pc(but chat showed that he was reading my messages daily and was also daily online). So you tell me, what wrong did i do? I am not scamming anyone or spamming the forum. This was to get back that account.

hey mexxer, don't talk about me like that.I never recieved money for that account, that's why i created that thread to get back my account, and there is nothing wrong to get back your account for which the buyer didn't paid any money(you can confirm it from equator, he will tell the truth).So in real, i was scammed by that person.

Reply in the other thread with relevant proof/information. You both agreed to some conditions which you don't seem to have honored.

So now can you tell me that which terms did i broke or not honored?
