Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Hi,

I'm an established OTC user and it happens to be that I operate bit4x.com. I will not lend you bitcoins and have no idea of your trading ability, however it is possible to sign a GPG contract between me and your lenders (if you find any) in a way that makes it impossible for you to run with the coins. You can still however blow your account and I can't guarantee lenders will get their money back.
