It does appear some forks have happened on the network the past few hours. Please verify your blockchain via the block explorer.

Do not move your EverGreenCoin to or from an exchange until we can verify they are on the correct blockchain.

Measures will be made to lock out old wallets. A hardfork will occur to increase block times to slow down the network's PoS blocks. There will be a mandatory upgrade to implement this.

I had hoped to avoid these steps but it is evident it is a necessity. Sorry for the inconvenience.

EDIT: If you do not know how to verify your copy of the blockchain, please follow these instructions to do so.

Quoting just to reiterate this important information on the new page of this thread. More information will be made available as soon as possible.

Afaik I'm on the right chain and I see a net hash rate of around 60.000 MH/s, which I think is not bad at all Smiley
I've only got 6 connections atm and that worries me most.
I'm at block 480883 atm btw.

That sounds right. You will get more connections and probably have by the time you read this.

Just to be sure,

./evergreencoind getblockhash 480883
0f21b6d217f6fc6102e8a7edd67082b2d16e52e9dd09093bcf7024063bf23b06

But I am sure you have already verified that via the block explorer. Wink

I see two things wrong. First, you do not use stratum. Use http because you do not have a stratum server and thus use getwork. Also, specify the user and password with the -O argument (capitol O as in Ohio).

Try this:

Code:
ccminer.exe --algo=x15 -o http://127.0.0.1:5758 -O USERNAME:PASSWORD

When solo mining you will not see shares accepted. When you do see something accepted, it will be a block.

You are very welcome and happy solo'ing! Good luck!

I am sure we all could use some good news this afternoon... EverGreenCoin will be added to Staisybit in the near future.

If you don't know, Staisybit is a cloud staking service website. Very similar to the now defunct coinwallet.io that had EverGreenCoin as one of its many coins, you can access the site, and therefor your wallet, with any web-enabled device. Mobile users will be able to send and receive EverGreenCoin much like they would with a mobile wallet built specifically for their device (android, iOS, ect.) and still earn interest from Proof of Stake on holdings. This service website can also be used by desktop/laptop users that wish to stake constantly but not leave their computer running constantly.

Please see Staisybit for more details of their services which soon will be available for the EverGreenCoin community.

well ...

staisybit have been around for a little bit - and in that time - have had their fair share of issues with ( and not limited to ) wallets - staking - access - functionality - and a few other things ...

ive watched this project from the beginning ... watched the pitfalls and the progress ...

one thing i can say about staisybit is this - they dont give up ...

a unique system - that will ALWAYS have teething issues - until they are stabilized ...

when dealing with staisybit - ALWAYS keep a copy of everything you do ... i have never seen the devs be anything less than helpful - even if the entire system would go down ...

we can rest assured that steven has done his research - he always does ...

we are working behind the scenes in big ways to make sure that the egc network ( and other coins we have ) run smooth - with the minimum down time we can get ...

much good news to be had yet ...

I've got plenty of connections, although there are still a few people with older wallets (when I've looked previously the v1.1.2 number has usually been nearer 10 so I expect some of those are off/forked at the moment.
Code:
     3 EverGreenCoin:1.0.0
      3 EverGreenCoin:1.1.2
     30 EverGreenCoin:1.2.1

Check you're on the right fork, This is what I've got and it matches the explorer.
Code:
evergreencoind getblockhash 483299
000000001b03e64612f955236399fddae1765eac3e23851548775d7d80635c42
(AikaPool looking at the pools dashboard it suggests someone has just solved 480455 so you appear to be a long way behind the rest of us).

If you're running the 1.2.1 wallet (and if you're not why not?) it has the seednodes in the code, You shouldn't need to have any nodes in your config (if you do remove them and also the peers.dat)
