I'm still allergic to false promises, so the only thing left for me to say is goodbye Gabi and see this as a lesson for life.

I guess I have more forgiveness than most. I do like Gabi, he has interesting ideas, and has been helpful to EverGreenCoin. Perhaps he did not realize the homework that was necessary to bring those ideas alive. Perhaps he was consumed with his newly forming family. I can see that.

That said, I too do feel betrayal by taking the strato project to another coin and community. No one can deny, that was flat-out wrong. No excuse can be made for that. But if Gabi is willing to admit and accept that, swallow his pride and be open to input from knowledgeable community members that are trying to help, and do as promised or modified only after modifications are agreed upon, I see no reason why we can't go forward with the EGC strato project.

I don't see how a second chance can do any further damage. Honestly, the ball is in your court, Gabi.

Sorry for the slow response, Wosterlee. I was combining soybeans most of the day and most of my night has been dealing with this:

As far as the new website, I discussed a hard ETA with David on Monday. At that time he told me his staff did not feel comfortable establishing a hard ETA because they work on this project after-hours and on weekends. Because the contract was agreed upon at such a low rate, 'bread and butter' clients have a higher priority and get all the attention during business hours. I understand the disappointment this may initially cause the community but I do not want to rush David's staff. David and I have come up with a tall order for his staff and I do not want them to feel the need to cut corners to meet a deadline. I want them to have time to use their skills artistically. I promise you, it will be well worth the wait if we allow it. SciFi Domains has made some amazing sites and this site has many "moving parts" or components to be integrated. As it nears completion, it will be easier to pinpoint the launch date and I will of course relay that information to the community.

Off the record and only an estimation based on my observations of the rate of progress, we are still looking at a week to two weeks before it is polished and all the content is finished. Please do not think that is because work has not been on-going. David and I have brain stormed on the design much. Many, many hours during which David and I have discussed in great detail many aspects of EverGreenCoin, not only the website. He is really an interesting individual to talk to, as are many of the community. His better understanding of my ambitions with EverGreenCoin from these discussions do help him understand and collectively determine the flow and presentation we want for the end users experience on the new website. We have come up with some very interesting ideas and angles. I do want his staff to have time to bring those ideas freely to fruition.

Again, my apologies for the slow response and my less-than-average rate of communication recently. This time of year can be very hectic and, as you can see, very unpredictable.

Yes I am pretty sure most use Bittrex.

We had a lot of issues with Yobit early on.

The vast majority of volume is at Bittrex, yes. I would venture to say Bittrex is better and a more trusted exchange and certainly more so than YoBit. YoBit has a bit of a history, even specifically with EverGreenCoin, as slow to help resolve issues. Of all the exchanges EGC is presently listed on, YoBit is the slowest to help resolve even urgent issues.

Hi everyone!

Been a bit quiet here. Please do not misinterpret this silence as a lack of progress for EverGreenCoin. Quite the contrary is true.

Just some quick updates on the current status of things...

• Android wallet - The previously mentioned developer that can deliver the non-staking wallet fell out of communication with me for a few weeks due to his own circumstances. Communication has been re-established however and he does now have time to devote. During the time that communication had been lost, I had entered into negotiations with another group of developers in India. This being the 5th I have been in communication with, if I have not lost count. They wanted paid in 4 parts totaling 3000 dollars and a 2 month lead time. Given that they could offer me zero proof of being able to deliver an android wallet, I have ended those talks. Unfortunately it did cost time. I only mention this so the community knows I am pursuing many avenues.
  
  Back to the android developer that is proven. The way he plans on building the EGC android wallet, and has built for other coins, relies on an ABE block explorer. Myself and my good friend and colleague Brooks, a longtime supporter that has helped me with testing of EGC dating back to prior to launch, are working on getting ABE to work with EGC. Out-of-the-box ABE does not read the blocks correctly. From what the android developer tells me, this has been a large and insurmountable hurdle for many coins that have wished to contract him to develop an android wallet. Brooks and I do feel very confident we can get it working, but it is requiring a large amount of modification to the ABE code. Due to time constrictions on both my own and Brooks side, this has been slowed but it is progressing. We need to get this completed before the android developer can begin. We do have the budget sitting ready to pay him once we have the ABE working.
  
  
• New website - SciFi Domains staff continues to progress. I have started to apply a small amount of urgency on them, but as stated, I do want them to freely exercise their creativity. I am fully aware of everyone's eagerness to get this launched, for I am reminded daily via messages on Slack, Skype, Facebook, and WhatsApp. For a large part people have been patient and understanding so long as I remain communicative and reassuring that progress is being made. I am thankful for that but do understand it may be wearing thin. Again, it will be well-worth the wait. On that note, David has also been very valuable from a business/marketing perspective. Even our 'quick chats' turn into 3+ hour long discussions of how we can easily and understandably present EverGreenCoin. I think you will appreciate all the thought that we put into the website and our presentation and explaination of EverGreenCoin. To be honest, the presentation is quite clever and unique to crypto. This is why I have provided only limited glimpses though I have, unintentionally, let a bit slip during community meetings. My excitment delutes my judgement and 'secrets' are not really my forte.
  
  
• Solar staker/miner - I am very excited that my CHIP is almost ready for shipment. Yesterday I got an email to verify my shipping address and letting me know shipping will occur before the end of the month. In the meantime, I have been making some scripts to run on the CHIP to make sure the device can and will operate properly without human intervention. This includes periodical snap shot backups, verify the local blockchain, and re-snap shotting if need be as resyncing over the network would be far too power consuming. Also I am building mechanisms to alert the end user of needed upgrades, possibly advising them to plug in the device before they launch the upgrade (yes, we are now planning to provide the option of running the device from a wall outlet), and potentially notifying them of recalls in the unfortunate event it is needed. Remember we intend to sell the production models to the general public. These automated steps will need to be in-place and well-tested during the beta phase. The community has been invaluable in helping me explore all the possible scenarios and proper resolutions in the Slack/IRC. The project is really picking up steam, in large part, thanks to Mike's expertise and professionalism.

The back end system of the new website is coming together with its many features, and we are getting close to inserting content that covers the many important and strategic messages to be conveyed in connection with EverGreenCoin Movement.
