Listing on any exchange is at the whim of the exchange concerned - some accept payments to list, but like bleutrade can decide to de-list as well.

As to halving, there was a halving only a few weeks ago which went almost unnoticed by most.

Block halving occurs every 600,000 blocks.

As for bittex iirc lava was talking about doing up a submission for that a while ago. (might have been another exchange, cant remember for sure so dont hold me to it )

iSpace.co.uk SXC Mining has been off-line for two weeks now.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

On Wednesday 16th March we suffered from a major hardware failure which resulted in the loss of our core database and mining processes. Efforts to restore the service from our daily backups have been met with limited success and as a result we are now having to manually rebuild our pools pretty much from scratch.

Though we have had some success in getting mining back underway, we have not been able to recover the mining pool databases and as a result all user balances have been unavoidably reset to 0.

We are still working hard to get things fixed and will update again shortly.

Livecoin is pretty easy to trade on, only had one technical issue and was resolved by support within the hour.
They have plans to add more coins each month which should improve overall trade volume. For a laugh checkout how

yeah trade volume has taken a dive since cryptsy died. It was pretty huge. Hopefully people will move on soon and start trading again
