I think he means he is offering his poloniex account as collateral. His poloniex account will have value only if it contains altcoins that can cover this loan amount.

OP, your forum account is not valid/enough collateral. Your poloniex account is valid only if it has altcoins worth more than 0.095, please confirm if it does.
