I have some funds in my greenadress wallet. And now its showing service is currently unavailable. Please tell me, is it gone scam or its a temporary unavailable issue.

AFAIK its a fairly trusted site, would say its just a temp. discomfort.

Bro, I have just mnemonics of that wallet.  And I don't understand how to use that tool much. Can you guide me please.  Seems it is asking for any type of zip file to upload.

...and I also tried to access the site, it's currently up and running, no problem with page loading.
Have you tried to contact your ISP?

Greenaddress.it will send you a zip which contains the nlocktime for the transaction if you have email registered. You can set the time for it to be locked or can't be confirmed till that specific block, default is 90 days. Go to http://greenaddress.github.io/gentle/ and key in your mnemorics and put your zip file. Next, the transaction to push will have the inputs and the private key. Once the status goes to 0, you can push it and it will confirm very soon. The private key is needed for you to spend it elsewhere so you have to import it into another wallet.

Have you tried to contact your ISP?

That site only pings greenaddress.it to make sure that it isn't down and is hence not accurate.

But it is indeed up again.

Apologises for the disservice, there has been a problem but as you said it has been since resolved.

The recovery zip is the one sent via email (if you have setup your email on GreenAddress) - I would strongly advice to set it up (and to also setup PGP if you use it) and multiple 2FA options (and backups, of both the mnemonic passphrase as well as your Google Authenticator code if applicable)

Thanks for your Support buddy. Its resolved now. Actually I am using Ledger H.W 1 Hardware wallet with greenaddress chrome apps. Bcoz of downtime , it's not allowing me to log in. But everything is fine now.
