Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I have one of their virtual debit cards. It works great, it just takes some time for the card to activate and the balance on the website does not update very frequently.

Which exchange rate do they follow ? Does the BTC deposit get immediately converted to USD or the conversion takes place at the time of use ? Have you tried their physical debit card, which can be used in ATM ?

They say the exchange rate is a rate they calculate on their own. It includes a fee in it.

The deposits are converted after a few confirmation (IIRC 3 conf.) so it is really a prepaid card.

I have not used the physical debit card.

Did you read their Faqs? if not than You better read them Simply its a (Shit Card).

Why?:

To load your card you need to wait more than one day  Tongue

Hidden fees (Read Faqs carefully!)

E-coin is the best ... (i think).

Good luck.
