i thought there must be some plattform where bitcoin is heavily integrated (including benefits like less middleman fees).

is there anything out there where artists can put up there music for digital sales using bitcoin?

im quite "shocked" that something big in this space hasnt been done already, or at least isnt easy to find.

i heard there is a bitshares derivative (peertracks or something), but they are not finished yet.

i think its a very good platform where bitcoin can enter and grab a good business and get famous and get popularity. because what you told will definetly get benefited for the new comers in the music field who can approach and get chance to show their talent

Is this really problem with internet around? You can have use like dozen internet streaming services, you have dedicated sites to promote music as well where you can post your songs.
There is youtube and you can start your facebook or other social media to promote yourself. If your music is good people will flock to it. Bitcoin powered services are not needed here...
