How come the FBI can arrest someone in another country? I know this can be done if both countries have an agreement for that. probably there is one...
The USA signed an extradition treaty with Thailand on Dec. 30, 1922. It came into force on Mar. 24, 1924. I think the FBI asked the local Thai police to arrest Variety Jones and now they are arranging to get him extradited to the USA.
