With your low budget for publicity, i think that twitter campaing could be better for you (twitter campaigns reach more people with lower prices), or a contest for users with more referrals (to avoid bought referrals or false vpn referrals, valid only with referrals that played some amount). with prizes in Btc.

Sorry its not low, 0.30Btc is a nice amount (and with the incresing price of bitcoin, a very nice amount), but could be low for month on a signature campaing for example.

i have advertised my site and will not say that results was that bad till today site have 3810

I see new sites are opening and gets around 10k members in just first weeks

what is they secret ?

the secret is referral program. If you give a good referral rate, it will drive more traffic to your faucet. If you give a good reward for referral, you will see your visitors rise quickly.

Actually you can promote your faucet on social medias like Facebook for free. I've been to many bitcoin earning- related groups on Facebook with thousands of members and it seems a lot of people mainly use faucets (most of them were beginners and from third world countries). But since you have a limited budget, I doubt you can afford a sig campaign, maybe an avatar and personal message campaign will do with a fixed rate (monthly)
