I am offering small (1-5 BTC) loans. Time spans can vary, as can interest. I'd like to set terms on a case-case basis. I will require a promissary note, an ID scan, and a link and friend-accept on Facebook. If that seems like too much work for you for a small loan, I'm sorry.
