Guys what do you think for you that what can be causes of the gambling?
My wife and her family broke(poor) in this gambling because my wife addicted on some gambling
called binggo, she's addicted in that game and she can't control by her parents and also her house and lot sold
to use it to play binggo again.. but still lost it..
For now she is still suffer about this and looking for another way to get it back all her losses...

sorry to hear that, that's a very sad story, bingo has very low expected return, which means very high house edges, unless a very very few lucky guys who can win the jackpot, ordinary people don't have luck on it. if she likes betting on sports betting or blackjack, that's will be a different story, maybe she will be rich from sports betting or blackjack |

That is a very sad story and unfortunately it happens way too often to a lot of people. Gambling addiction can be a serious problem and the road to recovery can be just as hard as for drugs. You should see if your country has a aid program for people with gambling addiction, could be the only way. |

Some people have very addictive personalities and those are the ones that should stay away from gambling and drugs because they will have a tendency to abuse to the point where it becomes obsessive and compulsive.

Well it's clear that gambling goes strongly in genetics, so I would do a genetic test to check for my possibilities to become a gambling addict. If you have high chances of genes related to expression in the genome that are proved to be linked to addictive behavior I would not risk it and stay away. But most people shouldn't have serious problems with it.

What do I think are the causes of gambling? I think there are many but the main one is addiction and that comes from what I believe to be a disease which will need help from many people who know what the problem is because the chances of doing it alone are very very small, equivalent to winning the jackpot repeatedly or something. Hopefully your wife and family manage to get help although saying that it sounds like it is to late! What it is not to late for though is saving lives. Very sorry to hear that ! She is in a condition where she doesn't want to give up in a hope she will get everything back together.Tell the sooner she quits the better .Because the more she tries the more she'll digging the holes for losses.The causes of gambling for some people could be Poverty,addiction,lust,survival.The most common in all of them is addiction.Its not that gambling makes you all broke but your addiction to it does.

I started off steering clear from gambling, until my friend gave me a few hundred to Gamble. I gambled, made profit, then walked off and have my friend back good money. But then I got really greedy and started gambling. That's when I started losing alot. Then I saw bitcoin, and saw that any losses I made, would be covered by the price rises of bitcoin :3

the cause of gambling is the desire of winnig and the real cause of gambling addiction is winning at first because when you win at first you get hooked i gambling if you lose you will probably wonna quite from the first

tell her to learn poker. but not just to know rules she needs to know aloot of that its not just a game there is alot of books,sites that can help you with that. if she learns it she can earn money easy  regards. -Katerniko1 |

well im a bit addicted to gambling in my opinion and there is a great variety of causes why first of all i really like the games that i can play also i like the feeling when there is a possibility to win a lot of money

For now she's stop because we have no money to buy a food an pay a bills for our apartment.. But sometimes , i command her to withdraw a money with my bitcoins received from campaign manager. She do this two times that she use my bitcoin's to play binggo again. But sadly she lost it all.. In that time i just want to snap her face (I get so upset) But i can't do it.. she dont think me his wife and our children will gonna die because we are hungry in that time that why i command her to withdraw my bitcoins. I did not expected that it will happen... |

My advice is to leave your wife before you're going to be in a lots of quarrels and fights. She is a proper sane person, she would have stopped when the financial situation is already being broked..

You get easy money in gambling and also looses your money in it. There are two chances. Now, IMO people gamble because of two things, 1st, they do it for fun and 2nd, they do it for greed. The first one can be control while the other one is impossible to because it is in the mindset of most people who risks in gambling. Just like what happened in your wife. She wouldn't think of how many looses she got already and is still trying to get it all back in hoping for a chance of winning it back. I'm sorry to hear that it has to go all the way to that.
