Here is the things, this forum is blocked in China and a option left to us is add the forum information to hosts file, and yes it works, but the pics on the forum doesn't display and I found that the pics goes through the server ip.bitcointalk.org, and this might should be added to hosts too so that the pics can be displayed.

So anyone know that IP or any solution for this?

Open up a command prompt and ping it.
Or just inspect element the link & view it on the image host?

54.235.199.197 although this is potentially subject to change (this is the IP address of bitcointalk.org)

The IP address of ip.bitcointalk.org is 45.55.191.107 but as above, this is potentially subject to change.

VPN don't work? Maybe proxies as you won't have to edit files in your /etc
A lot of users are using VPN to access some sites. There are indeed lots of countries block certain sites. I remember youtube was also blocked on Pakistan and so my friends used VPN/proxies for it. If it don't work, simply ping bitcointalk.org

Code:
# ping bitcointalk.org

from http://ip-lookup.net/domain.php

Quote
Domain Lookup

Retrieve the IP address associated with a web site:
Domain Name:
Lookup...

ip.bitcointalk.org

The IP address associated with ip.bitcointalk.org  is :

45.55.191.107

Add it to your hosts file now ?

EDIT:
i would also wonder if you are suppose to get a different IP depending on where you are from.

Thank you very much QS, it works now, 45.55.191.107 is the IP address of ip.bitcointalk.org, but it's weird I always get 54.235.199.197 from pinging.
