Why would you out bid yourself? However I assume you are making a gesture, and I am happy to accept your $25 bid ($4 bonus). Good way to discourage other bidders for strategy!? I don't see any valid reason for you to increase your bid on this auction unless your an alt of ClownSpider.
Your bid was still the highest before you increase it.

He could be an akward scammer which has claimed that amount over a Scamming Campaing.
Perphaps its not good for People they have an account saying they are rich i think.
