using many Bitcoin wallet is to protect their Bitcoins and the wallets getting hacked, i use around more than 20 address from different wallets, in the hardware wallet i keep all my savings of Bitcoins which i dont touch, other some wallet i use for gambling and sports betting for that i have to use different wallets as i dont want my wallets to get hacked as their are some sites who are scammers and that we wont be knowing it for that safety it is good to keep different wallet for different purpose.
Honestly I do not understand about what you say it, what to do a lot of experience bitcoin will avoid any hacked?
If the bitcoin address has been hacked rather than existing on the address will go missing too?

It's always a good idea not to rely on one single point of failure. Better to spread the risk, preferably using cold storage or other secure wallets.
Budgeting could also be a reason as to why people use different wallets.

maybe they think that if they do that they will be able to used bitcoin way more anonymously, i actually dont know any other things why would they do that
They do it because some wallet are getting hacked.
If you store all your bitcoin in one wallet and its gets hacked they have all your bitcoins.
It would be very bad if they got every bitcoin from you in one time.

I use a lot wallet to avoid some problems. such as pending delivery too long or special wallet for some income.

Yeah use more than one bitcoin wallet is solution from many kind wallet' s problem.
A lot of people do that too, actually I want make more then one wallet to organize my payment.

I am also in addition to the problem wallet. use a lot of wallets to avoid theft or hack. I split some amount so in one wallet does not store too many bitcoin.

I use multiple storage locations out of fear that if one of them ever were to be comprised (likely my own stupidity) i would only a fraction of my money

People find it more convenient to use and they think it's safer. Hence, they use that.
In my opinion I think it is not so fine. I'd rather save it on my own computer.

If you are using only web wallets as your bitcoin storage, it's reasonable to make a multiple wallets from other web wallets out there.

There is no mistake trusting the web wallets today as some of them really make names now in bitcoin world but much better to have a safety measure* than regret later.

I wasnt aware they did.  I only use 2. One on my pc and one on my phone.
That is exactly the same with me. I use a software wallet on my PC, and then an online wallet on my phone.

Because different wallets have different advantages IMO and you use the specific wallet in the specific advantage, For example blockchain.info is easier to use for faster transactions, Armory is more secure for bigger amounts etc...

Interface, light sizes (in terms of application) and user's own function of interest.

But you know others have multiple wallets because they think that is cool lol.

People use them for their security reason, there may be security in that way, as the xapo also states that your address will be changed after transaction to the existing address for your security. So it suggests that changing your address increases your security

I use 3 wallets, one of them of them is an offline. I believe people use many wallets to diversify the risks if eventually one is lost, corrupted, or hacked.

Diversification, guys!  Grin

I use only one wallet for the purpose of making things more simple. I have a Mycellium app with several HD addresses  in it. Works well for me.
