I had a similar situation couple of days back but it got confirmed less than hour even though it was on medium priority... I had the same transaction fee as you by then so maybe the network is under some sort of stress that as results it makes the transaction fall under medium priority which makes the confirmation delayed.
I just want to ask how many hours before your tx transaction confirm?
its to 2 hours and still not get even 1 confirmation... i need the bitcoin now
