Sounds like to me theyre gonna end up keeping your btc. Only thing you can do is try to resend clearer images of the documents they requested and hopefully its verified next time.

All turned out well... But that 7 weeks of waiting was completely unnecessary.

Kraken should offer at least some kind of compensation for you.

I am not suprised it turn out well.  I've never had problem with kraken. In the land of bitcoin services, they have the fastest support I've ever sene.
But yes 7 weeks passed to fix such a simple problem, that is unaccepted. So i can't blame you for making such a thread.
