Hey @Gianluca95 I'm having issue with my withdrawal when i click on cashout my remaining balance remains the same it don't go to pending cashouts what's the problem ? can you please resolve the issue ?
I have same problem.. i guess our account has been flagged? Confirmed that i received payment to my betcointm account.. But i believe i didnt do anything wrong at betcointm.. before my 1btc withdrawal is processed.. but now look like its locked.. I hope can be whitelist.. i never do any other account here beside this one. |

No guys, don't worry, is a sort of bug that will be fixed soon. When you request withdraw, request is sent, but the only thing is that you don't see the Cashout Request. Don't worry.

That's true! I contacted them via live chat support and withdrawl made in a minute! So don't bother gianluca95 if you have already received your payment at your betcointm account, just talk to the live support and your problem solved!  |
