Hello all,
Well i did try to pay the people i owe, but its just too much for my low income.
I did many lending posts and got alot of offers from people, bitcoins from then were worth from $2 - $8, well i really need to pay back all that i loan from.
I would like a 100 BTC in which i will not get any of the bitcoins, but will be paid to a 3rd party to pay the lenders i owe.
/// SIDENOTE ///
I tried for a job interview on november 15 for a php scripting job, but i did so bad due to my low self esteem.
Its really hard living in new york and only getting $700 a month ssi.
/// END - SIDENOTE ///

----Only one person lending 100 BTC is needed, i dont need 10 people offering 10 btc because i will do bad again with this---
If a lender is willing to help me with 100 btc this is what i offer:
- My State ID
- My Phone Number
- Meet up (if located in New York)
- Will put "Defaulter on Loan payments - DO NOT LEND" until i pay the 100 bitcoin loan back
- I will be willing to pay 10.5 BTC (Minimum) a month for 10 months. payments will be on the 1st of every month. If requested i can do $125 to a bank account monthly aswell.

I will contact the lender and the 3rd party to set this up. the 3rd party will send all bitcoin payments within 48 hours to all i owe.

I understand this is a big loan for someone like me, and if i dont get this loan i have no clue what to do, I am trying my best to clear my (user)name.
I am 99.999% sure i can do 10.5 btc or $125 a month EVERY month for 10 months. I just need to clear my debt.

But honestly guys i am sorry for this,

So if you don't have a job, how do you intend to pay the coins back?

Also, I don't think it's wise to cover debts with more BTC, I beleive the price will go up more in the new year which will leave you in more trouble than your in now, I suggest either trying to secure a BTC loan tied to fiat currency, So you will not pay more than the rate exchanged from day one, Or talk to who you owe asking if they will exchange to cash, Offer a repayment plan.

People will prefer a slow cash income than no repayment atall.

I admire you tackling your problems, Good luck.

I agree its not wise to borrow to pay back, i know but if i do get a few bitcoins i just dont know who to pay first and if i split it, into a percent style each user would get very small amount.

I would be willing to tie this into usd balance in case bitcoin's value goes down.

Trading for dummies:

1. Sell a little every day on the up's, only buy during crashes.

2. Don't ever panic. Stick to your strategy. In doubt, sit on your hands. Patience is as profitable as market smarts. A 3 months sit-over won't cost you a cent.

3. Use your own money, and no more than you can afford. Never be all in or out, hedge.

Back in the days I started with 2BTC I earned by doing surveys. 2 months of Gung-Ho trading made it 200BTC. I was extremely self confident.

One day I made a miss-spelled sell order at x.08 instead of x.80. I cancelled while it executed. The price kept dropping, so I panic sold the lot, but I missed the bottom so all of a sudden, I was at 106BTC in the span of 30 seconds.

That made me rethink my capabilities. Now a doubling takes 5-6 months but unforeseen swings makes me money either way they go. I'm often worried, but never panicking!!

Wait, where did 100 BTC come from? I'm showing that you've repaid 32.5 BTC out of 60 BTC from the debt you had back in January...

Who hires on esteem? If you have the skills more than likely will get job.

I am so happy to see my taxes are going to pay for people's bitcoin loan debit, because people can't budget. I hope they remove SSI cause the system just gets abused by these people who can't manage money and then want a bailout, I hope no one gives it to this guy.

I had other loans, anyway since everyone seems to just fucking complain about my life, even though they never lent me shit, i guess its better if i left. It seems there is no help here, so i guess its best to leave then here more comments from assholes.

Give me a scammer tag if you wish, although it was NEVER my intention, so fuck it i dont care anymore. Have fun when there is another bitcoin hack and bitcoins go back to 1 cent like before.

to the people who lent me, i am sorry, i have tried to get money to pay back, but i am not rich like these assholes here.

I am not perfect, if I was perfect I be playing poker with Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerburg tossing $100 bills on the fire LMAO

I hope you get fired or cant work and suffer.

You better not hope so, who else will pay for your debt, I actually pay taxes so you better hope I have to work for a long time.

Its people like you who i dont even know make the world a bad place, you dont know me so shut the fuck up.

No I will not shut the F- up, I am paying for this debt as I live in NY also, so I am more entitled to talk then other people on this issue.

I agree bitcointalk is becoming more toxic with people like you looking for hand outs. I can pay my debts, and I actually add to the community by building successful sites and businesses. Again SSI is corrupt and people like you take advantage, still never heard of someone not getting hired on esteem. I am no Brad Pitt, but I hope all my jobs have hired me based on my skill set then my charming looks.

If you get fired or died, i would still get the same amount of money, so i dont care.
Dont take your anger out on me because you got scammed so many times, i tried paying back which i could only do 30% of a payback.

I dont care if you have websites, or if your rich, this is not about you, get over it.

Even they get rid of SSI so be it. Everyone in USA pays taxes, move out if you dont like it.

I am no rich I haven't said that but you attacked me and I defended myself with facts. I just hate SSI because it is a scam so your probably a conman anyway or someone that doesn't need it. Just cause you try and get a job and you fail we should feel sorry for you? NO get out there and get a real job, maybe web development isn't for you, anyone can work at Burger King or something like that, your not even trying and that bothers me.

Well... borrowing money in currency which is appreciating more (or loosing value slower) than your home currency is really bad idea. Good example is Hungary. People there were taking loans in EUR instead of HUF. Now they are fucked up, because HUF is loosing value faster than to EUR.

MANY people die in USA a day, the amount has only changed once and it went up $20 more.
I rather have tried then leave and never came back. even though you dont count that then o well, you have nothing to do with this thread.
You did attack me first, you act like every human is a clone of a perfect person, sorry it does not work like that. I am not asking for people to feel sorry for me. So anyone going to get ANY loan (bank, friend, family) is just so people can feel sorry about them? I know your talking about a loan in bitcoin, but atleast i tried to make a deal. Not trying is if i made some bullshit ponzi scam and just leaving everyone flat. Atleast i tried to come back and make a bit of a effort.

Did I miss the answer to this question?

Getting all pissy when people ask you reasonable questions isn't going to make anyone more likely to lend with you.  If the funds are going to a third party to distribute to the people you owe money to, it doesn't matter whether it comes from 1 lender or 10 and you're probably going to get more people willing to risk lending you 10 BTC than you are willing to lend you 100 BTC - especially given your attitude (I sure as hell hope you don't cop the same attitude at job interviews or you'll be unemployed for a long time).

You flounce has probably lessened the chances of you getting a loan here but that doesn't absolve you of responsibility for trying to find other ways to pay back what you borrowed.  "No-one on Bitcointalk would lend me more funds so I can't pay anyone" reeks of entitlement.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

Why don't you just pay back the people you owe $125 a month divided among them.  The $125 a month is how you want to pay back this 100BTC loan correct? 10.5 BTC a month, approx $125.

The previous people that he owes, may not want to wait 10 months to get it all back, and it may be out of their terms.
So making a new term with another person may resolve the previous terms, and give 10 months of time, vs less time.

Which is perhaps why he isn't doing it that way.
At least that's what I think.

I agree.  But in his OP he stated that he has defaulted on his loans but he says that he has $125 that he can pay towards a new loan.  My suggestion is to work with his creditors and come up with a payment plan.  I can't imagine that anyone is going to loan 100BTC ($1300US) to someone that just defaulted.

He has already defaulted.  Getting a long duration loan to avoid a default might make sense (usually it doesn't).  In this case he has defaulted.  The creditors are kinda between a rock and a hard place.  At this point simply take the ~10 BTC he "could" pay on the new loan and apply it to the old defaulted loans.  Is it optimal for the new creditors?  No but they can always sell the debt directly to a new creditor or they can accept repayment over 10 months is better than getting zero.

The idea of borrowing to get out of debt is just silly.  More likely the OP borrows, doesn't pay the creditors, and defaults on this note too.  Then what next a third sob story about how he needs a 250 BTC note to cover both sets of bad notes and he will use 50% of his SSI payment to repay it?

TL/DR If he can pay 10 BTC a month then pay it towards the existing debt.  There is no need for a new loan unless the intent to defraud more creditors.

Given his limited income and his negative opinion on the future, I'd say this is most probable.

So making a new term with another person may resolve the previous terms, and give 10 months of time, vs less time.

Thanks for keep mentioning i defaulted when i already stated that myself even in the thread title.
And i see my 4 year old niece knows math better then you ether that you cant read or you just trolling?
How the fuck am i going to need 250 BTC to cover 100 BTC loan? the 100 bitcoins if i got this loan would go to maged in which he would pay the people i owe.

I dont understand why all you assholes keep stating what i said in the fucking thread title, i defaulted, i know i did thats why i am fucking asking for a 100 bitcoin loan to be sent to maged, i dont know why a new person (to this thread) keeps stating what i said, i guess trolling is 99% of your guys jobs?

And so what if i get SSI, why are you guys spending so much time here hating on me then tracking the crooks like pirate40 and bitcoinica? i guess you ether cant find them or the courts wont give you shit so you take it out on low posters like me.

SO fuck off, if you cant help just dont fucking post? i dont see it helping by stating i defaulted when i said that more then 10 times, does posting on people topics to bash them turn you on?

Why don't you just pay back the people you owe $125 a month divided among them.  The $125 a month is how you want to pay back this 100BTC loan correct? 10.5 BTC a month, approx $125.

I know i could do $125 and split it among who i owe, but i just thought by getting a 100 BTC loan i could pay the people i owe for a while now and i wouldnt have to pay alot of people, i just would need to pay one person.

I understand and i might have to do that, 100 BTC loan is huge, i mean i wish i could do this by USD and just have a system where they get the $125 every month, but i am still thinking on a solution.

Ask Maged if you can pay him 10BTC a month and if he will distribute it amongst your creditors.

Can you explain why doing this in USD isn't an option?  Also, how thin are your margins here?  Can you comfortably afford $125 per month because sure as shit something unexpected is going to come up over the next 10 months and if you can only barely afford the $125 then you're setting yourself (and your new lender) up for further default.

$1300 isn't a huge amount and that's going to be part of your problem here.  It's the kind of amount that people only seek from strangers when they've exhausted all other options - friends, family, credit cards, personal loans, crappy sub-prime loans, selling stuff, etc.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

Sorry i mistyped that statement.
I mean i would rather do it by USD then BTC.

Absolutely, but I would first have to find out who these other creditors are...
