also missing coins. Loaded up and sunced to send to c-cex.... ~3500 FNX, and still nothing after 2 days.... If I resync on the correct chain, will they re-appear in my wallet?

They should. It also might help to export the private key of the address in question and then re-import it in conjuction with a re-sync. |
