If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless?

I don't know what is the major reason of bitcoins cost improve, maybe that is just taking place when a lot of people are purchasing bitcoins.Since the legislation of demand and supply will probably be applied here in bitcoins too. But I don't think if that is the only reason for growing its cost.Or sharks would be the 1 managing the price of bitcoin.

The cost of Bitcoin is not rising, only the price of Bitcoin increases unusually, which causes us to think of it as a pleasure. What happens if something so fast grows at the same speed?

Fiat will only be useless when everyone will know about BTC. But I'm very sure not everyone have an Idea about BTC. I asked 10 of my friends from High school if they have BTC? But noone answered yes. Someone answered I have an Idea about BTC but I don't know if I need one. Most of my then don't really know that BTC exist. The are amazed after I told them btc value today. I tried to educate them about it but they refused and said they prefer real world money. With that I am sure, that not most of the people have idea of BTC.

Absolutely not, fiat money will not become worthless at all because this is the main system of finacing we are all using. Let me ask you, did you ever heard of a country which have their own currency but rejected by its own citizens? You definitely did not, right?

Even how much bitcoin's price will increase, it will find very hard to replace the fiat money we are currently using (but I'm not saying that this is impossible). As for now, bitcoin will remain as an optional currency for us and that's not bad at all because it's still beneficial.

I think any bitcoin price will not directly affect the fiat, bitcoin users get a big profit but will never eliminate the fiat function because as long as there is fiat it will continue to be protected by the government.

Bitcoin already reach at $11000 but fiat is being used in all areas of the world up to this moment. I guess bitcoin and fiat are all needed and will not become worthless.

As for me, fiat will never become worthless even if bitcoin price reaches to $20,000. Bitcoin's price doesn't matter for fiat to become worthless. Fiat plays an important role to those bitcoin users because they convert their bitcoin into fiat so they can able to buy stuffs whatever they want. Coz as of now, especially in my country, I don't even know if there's a store who accept bitcoin as mode of payment. Aside from that, bitcoin price is also determined by fiat. How will you know how high the price of bitcoin if you don't convert it into fiat, right? Anyway, just my two cents.

I don't agree with this statement at all. Fiat is so stable and nothing will make fiat worthless. Bitcoin now is in $10k but fiat is still here. Even if the value of bitcoin will get higher fiat will remain.

of course i don't agree with that because fiat has a different function with bitcoin and as a means of official fiat payment transaction will remain in its function and will not be influenced by an increase factor of bitcoin.

Which fiat is the OP talking about? Since we don't have one acceptable global fiat currency it will be difficult for Bitcoin to render all fiats worthless even if it hits $100k per coin. I think conventional fiat will remain just as Bitcoin and the two will coexist.

I think fiats are not effected by the price of Bitcoin even it reaches to 20k$ . It's just 20000 dollars for 1 Bitcoin, the valuation of fiat is still the same.

In my opinion fiat currency will never be worthless .Bitcoin is another form of currency that uses technology,it cant be used if there will no internet connection and no electronic gadgets while fiat is a traditional money that everyone is using.Bitcoin will be converted to fiat because there were few merchants that accepts bitcoin.Fiat plays a huge role in our society that can be used by different levels in the society.

Haha btc has already reached 10k, none to minimalist change to fiat. Why? Because fiat is needed for everyday use. It's fast to use, does not require demand a fee for transfer, and doesn't need tp be converted into tiny parts of the currency for one transaction. It is much simpler and faster than BTC.

I don't think so, many people still lacking of technology especially in third world country provinces. They don't even know what bitcoin is. And to be frankly i'm living in urbanized place where I think 3/4 of people here doesn't know what bitcoin is. I'm from PH.
