I think using escrow for this is overkill. As I don't expect op to be paying more than you can earn for 1-2 posts you can do for signature campaigns.
And after one person complete the job and won't receive payment it will be clear that Op is not paying for this task.

How do we know the virus scan results you provide us are not fake? I tried to download and got some popup in another language.

The surveys that you have here aren't legitimate surveys. They are tasks that are extremely time consuming and sometimes never confirming.

I don't recommend anyone doing these.
