I got my airdrop as well. It's all on the blockchain. Unfortunately, several airdrops remain untouched and probably will forever.

All I can say is that the devs are extremely helpful, and routinely aid new users on the forum. Claiming the airdrop involved saving some important data about the address to which the coins were sent. The only reason anyone wouldn't be able to claim their airdrop is failure to secure that data properly (there were very clear instructions about this too).

At the upper right corner of the wallet there's a cog wheel click it, then Backup your wallet by writing your wallet recovery phrase. Afterwards, delete recovery phrase. That's it! P.S. It is important to backup your wallet first or else you will lose everything. |
