sometimes decentralization is sucks , you know what ,
you have 100% responsible on anything happened to your money ,
for example when you lost your money because hacked or any other technical problem noone will help you ,
so it is sometimes worth more than just money but sometimes horrible.
Now that is all on you, even if you have fiat and you are keeping them at home and someone robs them, who would pay you back for that? That is what the case with bitcoin, you are your own bank, you are keeping your money to yourself so if they are lost no one would be responsible but you. Well if losing money is the topic, than I think Bitcoin can be the # 1 source of it online, it is not because of security of being hack, but more on the part of where you spend it your own. Several sites such as HYIPs and Gambling sites tends you to lose money rather than earn anything from it. Bitcoin gave us the option on spending online and we are the ones messing out own money. That is right, it is our own duty to secure our money and to select if where we want to spend them, if we have bitcoins and we are spending them on places where we don't get anything then there we cannot blame anyone but ourselves because at the end of the day it was our decision to spend them there. That applies to fiat as well and not only to bitcoin, we must take care of our own money because no else's cares as much as us about our financial well being. |

Bitcoin is definitely very interesting and worth more to me than real money. It is very secure, and at the same time, very hard to fake, due to its uniqueness of features. The best official wallets are pretty secure and there are a lot of ways to earn bitcoins like freelance, signature campaigns while sitting at home. Its protocols and security is also very interesting to me. The fact that it is a decentralized crypto-currency is also important.

Yeah and most exciting part is you can buy some physical items using bitcoin and I can now pay my bills via internet using bitcoin, I'm glad that I discover this bitcoin I've earn money without any capital I'm earning through signature campaign and it is very great to me. |

It is worth it for me. Unlike real money currencies, bitcoin is more flexible. That you can either do trading, investing, selling or mining. Except for mining you can do all of that with fiat too, in my opinion the greatest strength of bitcoin comes from its decentralized nature, that has allowed bitcoin to survive and even thrive despite all the obstacles. Yes the decentralization is really good for us, unlike fiat that can monopolied by bank. Bitcoin was designed to be deflation everytime, it mean the value will always rise. Bitcoin will survive as long as people use it. The number of people who use bitcoin is increase every time. So I am really sure that Bitcoin price will keep rising forever. So bitcoin is worth as an investment for me. Maybe bitcoin price will not go up forever but I agree we are in a stage in the life of bitcoin where the only thing it can do is to go up there are going to be some ups and downs but I think the general direction will be up. And that is why bitcoin is worth to all of its users because we are loving the way bitcoin moves. For each year there is always an uprising for bitcoins price. This is not new for every year is becoming a good year for bitcoin and it keeps on pumping and that is for the price and for its usage we can truly say that it is worth it because of fast transaction. Bitcoin is very useful to its all users. Every single satoshi or bitcoins was very important to me. I value bitcoins as i value money. Bitcoins can use in many forms, its really worth to save, buy and have bitcoins. Bitcoins are very useful in my daily lives, if i dont have allowance i just open my bitcoin wallet and get my profit. If i need load asap, bitcoins also answered my problem. So whom will never wanted to have bitcoins. |

It is interesting to know that recession has not affected bitcoin. The value for one stays stable or increases even with change in power in some countries and rumor of inefficiency in some countries economic roles. For the fall of some fiat currency against dollar and cases of inflation, bitcoin helps to maintain the value of investment in it. I couldn’t resist myself from quoting this famous dialog, “With great power comes great responsibility” so that the bitcoin. You are holding something very powerful and you are also holding the responsibility along with it so one can’t blame anyone for the any damage or loss. We have to take care of security of our holdings and no one can actually help in the case of bitcoin loss because if private keys lost and there is no backup then there are very least chances of recovery of those coins. |

LOL, at this thread title. What's the question being asked here? If I think BTC is a currency worth something? Well, since the dollar is not backed by gold anymore, bitcoin does not need to be backed by gold so it is worth nothing just like the dollar. But since it is still used to buy stuff that I need, just like the dollar, to me it is worth it. Give me that money boy!

For me bitcoin is really worth to me since I can earn bitcoin without capital investment and I can easily pay my all bills through coins.ph using bitcoin in my country, and the most exciting part is you can send fast without knowing your identity.
