Hi All,

This got more complicated than expected, but then it wouldn't be fun otherwise 

I have the following information using the raw data from bitcoincharts.com:

Timestamp: 2013-01-01 00:00:00
Open: 13.51

The time at bitcoincharts.com is in sync with the time here in the forums and I have always used "board time" as the standard for time in any of my auctions so there's no reason to change that

This result actually creates a tie
